iLASIK, powered by iDESIGN and iFS Bladeless Laser technology.
100% Custom Bladeless LASIK. Only at Kremer Eye Center.

Experience & Technology are the Kremer Difference!

When it comes to something as important as your eyes and your vision, experience makes all the difference. When you choose Kremer Eye Center, you’ll benefit from the expertise of some of the most renowned surgeons and specialists in the region.

We remain committed to staying at the forefront of technology. We are the only ophthalmology practice in the region to offer 100% personalized iLASIK, powered by the combination of the

technologies within our iLASIK Suite:

  • iDESIGN WaveFront measurements create a 3D map of your eye that encompasses the entire optical system, much more than just your eyeglass prescription, and allows our surgeons to treat minute irregularities in the eye that traditional LASIK does not.
  • Flap creation using our iFS Advanced Bladeless Laser technology is clinically proven to make LASIK faster, safer and more precise than any other laser technology available.
  • Advanced CustomVue Treatment, guided by the digital information from your WaveScan eye map, reshapes the cornea to the desired curvature.

In 1993, we developed the first laser to be FDA-approved for LASIK and performed the first LASIK procedure in North America. Since that day, we have been a practice dedicated to applying the most proven and advanced technologies throughout all procedures and treatments we perform.

Visian ICL

Many of our nearsighted patients are correcting their vision with a phakic lens implant called the Visian ICL (implantable collamer lens). The Visian ICL originated as a solution for people with high lens prescriptions (high myopia) and for those who lack sufficient corneal thickness to have LASIK, however, its precision and consistently good results have made it an excellent alternative to LASIK for almost everyone.

During the Visian ICL procedure, a special synthetic, biocompatible, removable lens is implanted in the eye just behind the pupil, redirecting light rays so that they focus correctly on the retina. The Visian lens does not replace the eye’s natural lens.

Kremer surgeons have extensive experience with this type of procedure, having been involved in an FDA protocol for a similar lens beginning in 1998. Presently, we perform more Visian procedures, second to the U.S. Military, in the country.

In addition to LASIK and Visian, Kremer also offers PRK and INTACS for vision correction. For patients with a loss of the ability to see up close after the age of 40, both CK surgery (Conductive Keratoplasty) and Clear Lens Extraction are available. The Kremer surgeons offer the most advanced technology for IOL surgery (intraocular lenses), including Crystalens, ReSTOR, ReZoom (used to provide simultaneous correction of near and distance vision), and Verisyse (used for highly myopic patients who do not qualify for LASIK surgery). Kremer specialists also offer the most advanced treatments for cornea, glaucoma and cataracts, and facial cosmetic procedures such as Botox.

To determine if you are a candidate for LASIK, and eliminate your dependence on glasses or contact lenses, please contact us to schedule a free consultation at (800) 863-7954. Discuss the LASIK procedure, the recovery process, and get an idea of what it costs and what your financing options are
