Cataract Surgery London - Serving patients seeking laser cataract surgery with premium intraocular lens implants in London, Surrey, Sussex and the surrounding areas

Samer Hamada, MD, is an ophthalmologist and cornea surgeon performing eye surgeries at his practice, the Eye Clinic London. With nearly two decades’ experience, Mr. Hamada is recognised as a leading expert in the field of cataract, refractive lens exchange (RLE) and corneal surgeries, and is frequently asked to lecture at international eye conferences. He has performed thousands of cataract surgeries and RLE surgeries using the latest technological advancements in ophthalmology.

People feel a confident sense of security with Dr. Hamada’s vast experience and expert care.

Mr. Hamada offers laser cataract surgery with the option of artificial lenses, called intraocular lenses (IOLs), to replace the natural eye lens that has been clouded by a cataract. These IOLs are used for the restoration of near, intermediate and far vision. He is one of the very few eye surgeons who offer trifocal intraocular lens implants. Patients who prefer to be less dependent on glasses or contact lenses, even without a significant amount of clouding due to cataracts, could choose laser or non-laser RLE, both of which are very similar to cataract surgery.

To schedule your personal consultation with Mr. Samer Hamada and learn more about the bladeless, laser-assisted cataract surgery and implant options he offers, please contact the Eye Clinic London by calling free number 44 (0) 8001 978 808.

More About Cataract Surgery at the Eye Clinic London

At the Eye Clinic London, Mr. Samer Hamada performs cataract surgery on patients whose vision has become cloudy due to a cataract forming on their eye’s natural lens. Mr. Hamada uses this surgery, which involves removing the natural lens and replacing it with a clear artificial lens, to restore clarity to his patients’ vision. The premium intraocular lens implants that he offers as an option provide patients with even better vision than before cataracts, as these lenses restore near, intermediate and far distance vision.

Mr. Hamada’s laser-assisted cataract procedure and RLE procedure are both safe, quick procedures that usually last no longer than 15 minutes. Using the latest Femtosecond laser technology, he creates a small, precise incision on the cornea of the eye and then uses ultrasonic energy to painlessly break up and then remove the cataract, which is then easily replaced with the artificial lens implant. The incision does not require any sutures, as the opening is small and closes up naturally. The ultimate goal for both procedures is to give you the visual quality that you deserve. Mr. Hamada offers the option of having the cataract or RLE procedure because he treats every case like refractive surgery, helping his patients achieve their maximum visual potential.
