More About Vision Correction at Q Vision

Dr. Qamar is committed to ensuring that patients of the Q Vision are treated with the latest and most effective vision correction technologies. As such, both doctors remain at the forefront of research and certification with regards to newly approved laser systems such as the VISX Star S4 ActiveTrak Excimer Laser System, used to perform LASIK and PRK surgeries with care and precision. LASIK surgeries performed using the Star S4 have proven capable of reducing nighttime glare or halo issues that have previously affected some LASIK patients.

Determined to keep Q Vision’s Phoenix LASIK patients on the forefront of any newly developed vision correction techniques or technologies, Dr. Qamar is consistently researching any breakthrough developments. Two such developments include the release of the Visian Phakic IOL and the addition of a rotational tracker for the VISX Star S4 laser system, both of which could yield significant benefits for future vision correction patients.

“From the moment I entered the office and all the way though my procedure I felt comfortable, well informed, and professionally cared for. All the staff and Doctor were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, capable and reassuring.” —Amy M.
